What services do you offer?
We are a general practice firm. We specialize in immigration law, family law, real estate law, wills & estates, and business law. We also offer notarial services including affidavits, statutory declarations, and certified true copies.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit card, debit, cheque, and Interac e-Transfer (subject to certain restrictions set by the Law Society of Ontario).
What languages do you speak?
Our team speaks English, Tagalog, and Bisaya (Cebuano). We’re proud to serve the Filipino-Canadian community in their preferred language.
CONSULTATIONS
About Consultations
Is there a fee for a consultation?
Our consultation fee is $199 for 15 minutes or $299 for 30 minutes (plus 13% HST). Additional time is billed at the following hourly rates:
- Senior Lawyer – $599/hour
Our professional staff may provide initial screening for FREE.
What should I bring to my consultation?
Please bring two (2) government-issued IDs for yourself (passport, driver’s license, photo ID, or SIN card). Note: OHIP cards are not accepted as ID.
Can I consult over the phone or video?
Yes! We offer virtual consultations via phone, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams. This is especially convenient for clients who cannot visit our office in person. Please contact our office to schedule a virtual consultation.
What if I cannot make it to my appointment?
Please advise our office at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel.
I’m running late for my appointment. Can I still come in?
Please give our office a call at 1-855-522-5290 if you’re running late. We will try to accommodate you depending on the lawyer’s schedule.

Office Information
What are your hours of operation?
Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Saturdays are by appointment only – please wait for our confirmation before coming in.
We are closed on Sundays and Canadian statutory holidays.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We welcome walk-ins, but we strongly recommend booking an appointment to ensure a lawyer is available. Depending on availability, we may be able to assist you on the same day, or we will schedule an appointment for you.

We’re at the corner of Yonge and Roehampton/Eglinton. The nearest subway station is Eglinton Station (Line 1).
Is parking available?
Yes, there is paid underground parking in our building at 2323 Yonge St. Street parking is also available on nearby side streets (check signage for restrictions).
